This tense is used only in speech. When using the perfect tense, the speaker wants to inform the listener that an action, completed in the past, is, in his or her opinion, relevant and very important, because it can influence the subsequent events. Thus, this tense deals with cause-effect relationships.
The perfect tense is formed by adding the verb 'to be' in its present form to the main verb in the perfect narrative tense. All the rules of agreement between subject and predicate pertaining to intransitive and transitive verbs are the same as in the perfect narrative tense.

'The car has arrived, bring the bags now.'
उस ने सब शब्द सीखे हैं, इस लिए वह किसी इमले से नहीं डरता।
