Logging into the program

To use this application, you must log in as a registered user so that the application can track your information.

To log into program:

  1. {{#web}}Click{{/web}}{{^web}}Tap{{/web}} the LOG IN tab, if it is not already selected.
  2. Enter your username in the USERNAME field. Usernames are between 4 and 64 characters long and are not case-sensitive. They may contain letters, numbers, periods, @ signs, and underscores, but not spaces or other special characters.
  3. Enter your password in the PASSWORD field.{{#rr5}} Passwords must be between 4 and 64 characters long. They can contain letters, numbers, and symbols, but not spaces. Unlike usernames, passwords are case-sensitive.{{/rr5}}{{#tlo}} Passwords should be between 8 and 64 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.{{/tlo}} If you want to see the password as you type (instead of seeing dots), {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} Show password. To hide the password again, {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} Hide password. There is a Forgot your username or password? link if you need to recover your login information.
  4. {{#web}}Click{{/web}}{{^web}}Tap{{/web}} LOG IN. If your username and password are correct, you will either be taken to the Learning screen or, if your last session ended in the middle of a lesson, offered a chance to resume learning where you left off. (If you don't want to be notified about your previous lesson, you can {{#tlo}}{{/tlo}}{{#rr5}}{{/rr5}}adjust your notification settings.)

    Note: After 5 failed login attempts, you will be locked out of the program for 10 minutes.

Logging into the mobile app

To use this mobile app, you must be a registered user of {{#tlo}}Transparent Language Online{{/tlo}}{{#rr5}}the CL-150{{/rr5}}. If you are not, see the registration information for details on signing up.
