To use this application, you must create an account and register yourself as a user so that the application can track your information.
Note: You can use the Log In tab or the I already have an account. link at the bottom of the Sign Up screen to return to the Login screen if necessary.{{#tlo}} If the Sign in with Google option appears, you can {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} it to create a Transparent Language Online account that is linked to your Google account instead of manually entering your information as described above. This feature is not available for all versions of the program.{{/tlo}}{{#tlo}} Some organizations may also allow you to log in with a trial account or a guest account. Trial accounts have all program features, but are only valid for a specific amount of time. Guest accounts limit certain features and do not save personal learning data. If a link for either of these options appears on the Login screen, you can {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} it to use that type of account. If no such links appear, your organization does not offer these options.{{/tlo}}
You can also {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} Supported Languages for a list of all the available languages in your version of the application, or {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} System Requirements for a list of the current requirements to run the program.{{^mobile}} To change the interface language used for buttons, help files, and text on the screen, {{^phone}}click the round flag button in the upper right-hand corner (for example, ). Current Users of Transparent Language Online
If you are currently a Transparent Language Online user, you can use this app to further address your language learning objectives. To access the mobile application, please enter your Transparent Language Online username, then tap Submit. If your username is found at more than one organization, you will then be prompted to select the one with which you registered your account. After that, you will be asked for your Transparent Language Online password. Alternatively, you can tap Activate with QR Code to scan the QR code from the Mobile Access screen in Transparent Language Online.
All Others
If you do not have a Transparent Language Online account, you will not be able to use this version of the app.

Current Users of the CL-150
As a CL-150 user, you already have access to this flexible tool to address your language learning objectives. To access the application, please enter your CL-150 username, then tap Submit. Alternatively, you can tap Activate with QR Code to scan the QR code from the Mobile Access screen in the CL-150 Learning Portal.
USG Personnel Unsure of Access
All USG personnel who have access to the CL-150 can download a series of language-learning programs and their associated content, including the mobile app. If you are still unsure of your CL-150 access, please email USG@transparent.com or consult your organization's language program manager.
Non-government Personnel
The CL-150 and its associated applications are only for U.S. Government personnel members who have been licensed by Transparent Language. For more information, please visit https://usg.transparent.com.
