Enrolling in Classes{{#rr5}}, Reporting Groups, and Cohorts{{/rr5}}

If you know you are supposed to enroll in a class but you do not have a code, contact your instructor. Some instructors may send links that will automatically enroll you, without having to enter a code on this screen.{{/tlo}}
{{#rr5}}The Enroll screen allows you to enroll in classes, reporting groups, or Cohorts. For classes and reporting groups, you will need an enrollment code to complete the registration. For Cohorts, you can either use a code, or use the links provided on the screen.{{/rr5}}

Note: If you are using the program on your own, you will not have any codes, and you do not have to enroll in anything.

To enroll in a class:
- If you are not yet on the Enroll screen, get there by {{#web}}clicking{{/web}}{{^web}}tapping{{/web}} Enroll in a Class on the Classes screen.
- Type or paste your code into the Class Code field. Class codes consist of 2-32 alphanumeric characters with no spaces.
- {{#web}}Click{{/web}}{{^web}}Tap{{/web}} Find.
- If you have entered a valid code, the screen will display information on the corresponding class. Verify that it is the correct one, then {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} Enroll.
Note: Some organizations offer public classes to all their Transparent Language Online users. If you access Transparent Language Online through one of these organizations, the program will display a table listing these classes on the Enroll screen. To enroll in a public class, {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} the Enroll link beside it in the table. If you aren't sure which public class to choose, contact your instructor or administrator. If you are already enrolled in a public class, the link will read Go to Class instead of Enroll, and you can use it display the class assignments. Not all organizations offer public classes.

To enroll in a class or reporting group:

- Do one of the following:
- If you've been given a Cohort code by an instructor, type or paste that code into the Enrollment Code field, then {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} Find. When the Cohort is found, {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} Enroll. Cohort codes generally consist of 9 characters.
- Locate the Cohort you want in the table on the screen, then {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} the Enroll link beside it. If you aren't sure which Cohort to choose, contact your instructor or administrator. Note: If you are already enrolled in a Cohort, the link will read Go to Cohort instead of Enroll, and you can use it display the Cohort assignments.
