Using the Account Options screen

The Account Options screen provides access to the screens where you can change the settings for your account and access other profile-related features.

To use the Account Options screen:

  1. {{#web}}Click{{/web}}{{^web}}Tap{{/web}} User profile if you want to change your name,{{^mobile}} password,{{/mobile}} email address, or phone number. In addition, the User Profile screen lets you change your email preferences, download your personal data, and exercise your right to be forgotten if needed. {{#web}}It also shows the username and password you will need to access the mobile application. {{/web}} See Editing your user profile for details. {{#mobile}}Note: In offline mode, profiles can only be viewed, not edited.{{/mobile}}

  3. {{#web}}Click{{/web}}{{^web}}Tap{{/web}} Certificates to download copies of any course completion certificates you have earned. See {{^mobile}}Downloading{{/mobile}}{{#mobile}}Viewing{{/mobile}} completion certificates for details.

  5. {{#web}}Click{{/web}}{{^web}}Tap{{/web}} Account Settings if you want to change settings that are associated with your user account across all devices, such as notification and email preferences.   7. Click Licenses to enter new activation codes and manage the licenses for your account. See Managing licenses for details. (This option will not appear for all versions of the program.)

At any time, you can also{{#phone}} tap Notifications to see your notifications, tap Goal to see your goal progress, or tap Menu and{{/phone}} do any of the following:
